SOLUTIONS 30: Q3 2010 sales

Sales up 34% over the 9-month period at €40.6 million
Annual targets confirmed

By the end of the 3rd quarter 2010, the SOLUTIONS 30 (ex PC30) group's sales reached €13.9 million,bringing the total sales figure for the first nine months of 2010 to €40.6 million, compared with €30.3 million for the same period in the last fiscal year, i.e. a 34% increase (this figure remains unaudited).

"During this quarter, the group's activity increased to a level beyond that of the previous two quarters" affirms Gianbeppi Fortis, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
"The sales and pre-tax income figures comply with our forecasts. Our acquisitions in 2009 together with the new ERDF contract initiated in 2010 have been the driving force behind these results. International activity, representing another source of growth for the group, accounts for 13.1% of the total Q3 sales. Moreover, during this quarter the group posted its first sales in Germany, where the growth prospects are positive."

Perspectives:
At the start of the year, the SOLUTIONS 30 directorate announced double-digit growth for 2010. The group has confirmed its forecast of more than €53 million in sales for the entire fiscal year, i.e. a 20% increase in production, in accordance with the targets announced at the start of the year.
