Our Funds
The Sofinnova Capital Funds are not open to the public at large but only to qualified international institutional investors. We raise a Fund every 3 to 4 years. Our Funds have the legal form of an FCPR, Fonds Commun de Placement à Risques, managed by Sofinnova Partners, a management company regulated by the French Securities and Exchange Commission under N° GP 97-140.
The FCPR is a mutual fund with regulations specifically adapted to the private equity and venture capital businesses.
Sofinnova Partners manages over €1 billion in assets through:
