mydeco.com Hires Ex-Google Product Manager

Former Google product manager, Art Leyzerovich, has joined innovative home wares retailer mydeco.com as Head of Site, replacing Nicky Drake who left the company last month.

Leyzerovich brings 13 years of web product management experience to the role; most recently a Senior Product Manager at Google, Art has an extensive career developing world-class ecommerce and consumer internet products at companies including eBay, Comcast, Bertelsmann and KPMG Consulting.

The main focus of the role at the home style and shopping website will be to define the strategic direction of the web property including functionality development and user experience. Leyzerovich will also work on ensuring the brand’s unique offerings in the areas of shopping, community and content are engaging and accessible, and growing the environment where friends, designers, experts, and retailers help consumers design and shop for their homes.
