Ha-Jin joined Sofinnova in 2014, with a particular emphasis on listed companies, M&As and on regulatory issues. She will also handle all legal and tax issues related to the funds. She began her career as a lawyer with two international law firms (Dechert LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP) where she worked on both private and public M&A. She then practiced as an in-house counsel at Danone then at BNP Paribas, where she has been involved on a wide variety of matters such as financing, corporate governance, public offering transactions and M&A. Ha-Jin is admitted to the New York bar and the Paris bar. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Columbia University School of Law, a Specialized Master in “International Business Law and Management” from HEC School of Management as well as a Master degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas).
