Europe’s first invitation-only conference for CEOs from medical device companies to be held November 29—December 1 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Prague, capital of the Czech Republic

HEIDELBERG and PARIS, Aug. 22, 2005—The Founders of Europe’s first invitation-only conference for CEOs and senior executives from medical device companies — “Bohemian Medical Device Summit 2005” (www.BohemianSummit.com) — announced today that the Summit’s kick-off panel discussion, “Business Models for European Start-Ups”, will feature two of Europe’s most highprofile emerging company CEOs: Robert Guilleaume of Ars Arthro AG (www.ars-arthro.de) and Dr. Jacques Seguin of CoreValve SA (www.corevalve.com).

The discussion will be moderated by two of Europe’s most wellknown and successful VCs: Berthold Hackl, Managing Partner of Heidelberg Innovation (www.heidelberg-innovation.de); and Antoine Papiernik, Managing Partner of Sofinnova Partners.
